Ann Mukherjee is a globally recognized business leader, educator, and storyteller with more than 30 years of executive leadership experience transforming some of the world's most respected consumer brands. She most recently served as Chairman and CEO of Pernod Ricard North America, following senior leadership roles as Global Chief Commercial and Marketing Officer at SC Johnson, President of PepsiCo Global Snacks, and Chief Marketing Officer of Frito-Lay North America.
Beyond the corporate world, Ann has served on the boards of Mondelēz International, Hertz, and Sabra. She was appointed by President Donald Trump to the Economic Recovery Committee during the COVID-19 pandemic and has also contributed to the Clinton Climate Initiative.
Today, Ann serves as Program Director at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, where she teaches executive education and mentors the next generation of global CEOs. She is also the founder of Sita22 Films, an Indo-American film company dedicated to amplifying the voices of those who have been overlooked or silenced.

She is the founder and CEO of Coachieve, LLC, where her innovative frameworks for leadership, diversity, and personal transformation are used across the globe.
